this one is good, January 22, 2006 Reviewer:Meticulous Mom (Buffalo, NY) - our trainer recommended this bar for my son. The trainer uses Detour, and he's a Strongman competitor. The whey is good quality protein, and the taste is very close to a candy bar. The carmel nut one is good. Maybe the poorer reviews are for other flavors, but this one is very good.
