Active Ingredient: Approximately 3.4 grams psyllium husk per dose.
Inactive Ingredients: Aspartame, Citric Acid, FD&C Yellow #6, Maltodextrin, Natural and Artificial Orange Flavor.

Directions
As a Fiber Laxative
Adults 12 years and older: 1 packet in 8 ounces of liquid at the first sign of irregularity. Put entire contents of packet into an empty glass. Fill glass with at least 8 ounces of water or a favorite beverage. Stir briskly and drink promptly. If mixture thickens, add more liquid and stir. Can be taken up to 3 times daily if needed or as recommended by a doctor. Generally produces effect in 12 to 72 hours.
6 to 11 years: 1/2 packet (1/2 adult dose) in 8 ounces of liquid, up to 3 times daily.
Under 6 years: Consult a doctor.
Usage tips: Can be taken before or after meals. Also useful for the treatment of constipation associated with gastrointestinal disorders when recommended by a doctor.

Warnings
Taking this product without enough liquid may cause product to swell and block the throat, causing choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in breathing or swallowing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. May cause allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium. Keep out of the reach of children. Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine, 25 mg per packet. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately. Before using this product, consult a doctor if you have a sudden change in bowel habits persisting for 2 weeks; if you have abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or rectal bleeding; if you are considering use of this product as part of a cholesterol-lowering program. If constipation persists for longer than a week, consult a doctor as it may be a sign of a serious medical condition. Laxatives may affect how well other medicines work. If you are taking an oral prescription medicine, take this product at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after the prescribed medicine. As your body adjusts to increased fiber intake, you may experience changes in bowel habits or minor bloating. Store at room temperature.
